Information You Need To Know For Ordering
- We can only accommodate 8oz custom orders at this moment.
- Information provided by you in the "Custom Order Form" assists us to accurately fill your order.
- We ask that you allow at least three weeks after placing your order for processing and shipping. Please be aware of this time frame when ordering.
- Our Custom Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you are local and would like to pick up your order in person, do let us know. Pick up times/dates will be made available to you.
- Delivery is also available in the DMV area. Ask us about delivery if you are interested.
- Once orders are shipped, Jasper By Jasper is not responsible for delayed shipments since it is now out of our control. USPS is our main carrier choice.
- There is a high probability that "Bad Weather", "Holidays", Etc. might delay the arrival time of your order once they have been shipped. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with such events surrounding your placed order. We will provide you with a tracking number to assist you track your order.
