All retail products (unless otherwise stated) can be returned within a 30-day period after purchase. Simply email us stating why you want to return the product. After your email is reviewed, we will make a decision and respond to your request. Instructions will be sent to you if your return is approved.
Jewelry and Clothing must be unworn and unaltered. They must be accompanied by the original packaging.
Custom/On Demand Orders cannot be returned.
Skin Care products and Cakes cannot be returned.
Please pack very carefully if returning a product. We cannot refund your money if the product has been dismantled or arrives damaged.
If you choose to use our postage prepaid Return Label to return your item, the 'Return Label Fee', plus tax, will be deducted from the value of your return. If the value of your return is less than the shipping amount, you will be billed for the remainder of it.
Here are some steps to help you:
1) Pack your item securely in the original shipping box/container.
2) Include the original padding (if in good condition) that came in the package or new padding such as packing bubbles for protection against damages.
3) Include the original receipt/invoice that came in the package. You can make a copy for your own records.
4) Attach the return label you either purchased or we sent you. Make sure it covers the entire old label to prevent erroneous scanning of return label. This is important to complete the return/refund process.
5) Drop off your package at the appropriate USPS or UPS location closest to you. Pay attention to the return label to determine this.
NB. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Custom-designed or customized orders cannot be returned.
Please check your order carefully before checking out.
Changes cannot be made once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will have to place another order.
Orders that are cancelled by the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods:
Take clear photos immediately to capture the product and the state in which you received it. Save all contents and packing materials and contact us via email within 24 hours. The Photos will be required so don't forget to include them in your email.
Contact us immediately via email/phone if you suspect that your package is lost, and it's been some days past its projected arrival time. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
