SHIPPING

 We ship with the USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). 

The following shipping methods are available:

USPS Retail Ground (Delivery in 2-8 business days)

USPS First-Class Mail Parcel (Delivery in 1-3 business days) 

USPS Priority Mail (Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days) 

USPS Priority Mail Express  (1–2 Days or Overnight)

UPS Ground (Delivery in 1-5 business days)  

Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.  Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

We currently ship to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, United States, & Virgin Islands, U.S. 

1) Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

2) Custom order processing can take between 1-2 weeks (Monday – Friday).

3) Orders placed after 11:00 am CT will be processed on the following business day. 

4) All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

A $5 handling fee will be added to all phoned or emailed orders. Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges if we incur any additional fees. 

We do our best to forecast how many item of each product we will need at our location here in Stafford. However, every now and then an item may end up temporarily out of stock. Even though we think this is a good problem to have, we are very much aware that you're eager to receive your order.

If you order an item that is back-ordered, we will reach out to you via email to let you know when you can expect to receive it. If you ordered multiple items, all available items in your order will be shipped to you right away. Your back-ordered item will be shipped to you ASAP at no extra shipping cost to you.

If you choose to use our postage prepaid Return Label to return your item, a 'Return Label Fee', plus tax, will be deducted from the value of your return. If the value of your return is less than the shipping amount, you will be billed for the remainder of it.
