INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING

Information provided by you in the "Information Form" assists us to customize the basket to your recipient's taste and interests to the best of our ability. Make a notation in the "Note to Gift Basket Designer" section of the "Information Form" indicating any specific items/products you want us to include to your basket. We cannot guarantee that those specific items will be included. However, we will do our best to accommodate them if it is within the price range of your order.

What you must know before you order

We are unable to include alcohol in any basket as we are not licensed to do so.
We ask that you allow at least a 3 week period after placing your order for processing and shipping. Please be aware of this time frame when ordering. If you need your basket before at least the 3 week time frame, then please contact us before you order to see if we can accommodate the time frame you are working with. If no communication takes place about the order’s arrival date, the prior mentioned processing and shipping time will be observed.
Our Custom Gift Basket orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order, since they are custom tailored to your recipient.
If you are local would like to pick up your order in person, then select "In-Person Pickup" option. Pick up times/dates will be made available to you.
Once orders are shipped, Jasper By Jasper is not responsible for delayed shipments since it is now out of our control. USPS is our main carrier choice.
There is a high probability that "Bad Weather", "Holidays", Etc. might delay the arrival time of your order once they have been shipped. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with such events surrounding your placed order. We will provide you with a tracking number to assist you track your order.
